Confirm Your Booking Adventure Awaits!

To ensure your Sumatran experience goes smoothly from the start, we require a deposit to secure your activity. This deposit is not just a formality; it is our commitment to you and a guarantee that our top-notch trekking team will be available on your chosen dates, complete with all the necessary equipment.

Once you book, our team is notified immediately and they will not accept any other jobs on those dates. The same goes for private car transfer deposits: once you make a deposit, we immediately notify the driver of your arrival and departure times, ensuring they don’t take on any other trips. Rest assured, our dedication to your adventure is unmatched!

Please note: In exceptional circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel a booking and refund the deposit.

Ready to Book? When you’re ready to lock in your trekking adventure, tours and transfers, we’ll send you details of the deposit amount required on your invoice. Deposit payments can be made easily and securely via Wise.com or PayPal. We require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your booking. Please ensure all bookings are confirmed and deposits are paid as soon as possible, at least 3 days before your arrival. We cannot accommodate last minute bookings online to ensure the quality of our service.
Full Payment
Remaining Payment at Bukit Lawang Once your deposit has been paid, the remaining payment will be made upon your arrival at Bukit Lawang. Payment can be made in cash (Indonesian Rupiah) or by card. We will let you know the exact amount to bring in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and the equivalent in Euros, so you can prepare comfortably.
